The gong is an ancient musical instrument originating from Southeast Asia. It produces sound based on the principle of the golden ratio. Sound massage is based on ancient wisdom from 5000 years ago. The rich spectrum of overtones harmonizes the left and right hemispheres of the brain and activates the body's self-healing in a state of deep relaxation. Since our body is composed of 80% water, which is an ideal conductor of vibrations from the environment, the vibrations of the gong's sound are transmitted into the blood, internal organs, tissues, and even cellular memory. Strong vibrations thus create a beneficial inner massage for all cells. Sound vibrations in this type of massage also affect your nervous system, inhibiting stress and pain stimuli. It eliminates and breaks down everything that is foreign to a healthy body and awakens the original frequencies of our cells, organs, and our body. The healing vibration of sound fills every atom and every cell, shaking them with the vibration of health, harmony, and balance. They spontaneously eliminate old thought patterns that no longer serve us.

Take time for yourself and for your health.
