On January 23, 2025, we celebrated 23 years of uninterrupted operation at Terme Snovik. This honorable anniversary is not just a celebration of a long-standing tradition, but also a festival of the natural power of thermal water and the bonds we have forged over the years with our precious visitors. Their loyalty and stories are the heart of our growth and the driving force of our development.
We began the event with a speech by Director Katarina Adam, who emphasized the important role each guest plays in the story of Terme Snovik: 'Your support means a lot to us. It is a source of our energy and motivation for further development. Tourism is an activity where continuous development is crucial, and we are convinced that with new acquisitions we will create an even better offer for all of you.'
We were also greeted by Mayor of Kamnik, Matej Slapar, who highlighted the importance of Terme Snovik for the recognition of the Tuhinj Valley and the municipality of Kamnik: 'We are fortunate that Terme Snovik is part of our community. You contribute to the recognition of our region and create a place where people feel at home and accepted.'
The main role at the ceremony was played by our loyal guests, who shared inspiring stories about how thermal water and our services change their lives.
Franc Pestotnik enthusiastically described his 14-year visit to the spa: 'I had problems with my spine, but swimming in thermal water brought me relief and regeneration. Besides health, this place is also a feast for the eyes – swimming with a view of the forests and sunny peaks is truly a unique experience.'
Mr. Jože Debeljak shared how regular visits to the thermal pool and wellness center help him with his overall well-being: 'After exhausting days, the water at Terme Snovik fills me with energy and relaxes my body.'
Mr. Srečo Urankar, who is still vital at 87 years old, attributes his well-being to our thermal water: 'Years ago, I had stomach problems. Instead of medication, I started drinking water from Snovik and recovered. Today I feel great, and I owe it to the power of nature.'
Uroš Tomec, who found a solution in our pools after a spinal injury, said: 'Thermal water and exercise in the pool were key to my recovery. Today I move without difficulties, for which I am extremely grateful.'
The closing word was given by the procurator and visionary leader of Terme Snovik, Ivan Hribar, who dreamed of thermal pools as a child, and those dreams are now visible.
We enriched the event with announcements for future projects. The construction of the Kneipp NaturHotel and the renovation of the wellness center are steps towards an even better experience for all our guests. We also highlighted our commitments to sustainability, health, and nature, which have been the foundation of our operations for over two decades.
The event concluded with a ceremonial cake cutting, where guests mingled over the exquisite cuisine of restaurant Potočka and a pleasant atmosphere.
