Accept the gift of nature and do a good deed
At Terme Snovik, we pay great attention to responsible management of the environment in which we operate and actively shape it.
This year, we are therefore joining the campaign 'GIFTS OF THE FOREST TO OUR HOME' by the Forest Service of Slovenia, which directs the acquisition of decorative trees from Slovenian forests in a way that is friendly to the forest and nature. The Christmas tree from the ownership forest of our spa can already be ordered and arrangements made for pickup. All your voluntary contributions collected for the donated Christmas trees will be fully allocated for charitable purposes.
Homegrown decorative trees are produced in a way that minimizes harm to our natural environment, considering the production method and transportation to the market, as they have a low carbon footprint. Decorative trees that are cut in accordance with the guidelines of the Forest Service are obtained without harming the forest. This year's festive trees carry a gold label, which also indicates the forestry area from which the tree was obtained. Only forest owners can acquire decorative trees from the forests.
As the Christmas holidays are just around the corner, fill them with hope and good thoughts. Create a festive atmosphere with a selected decorative tree from the forest, and by making a voluntary contribution for the tree, share hope with others as well.
To arrange for a decorative holiday tree, please contact the reception of the spa at the phone number 01 83 44 100. The trees will be available for pickup at the spa (Snovik 7, Laze v Tuhinju) between December 12 and 22, 2025.
It is also recommended to place the tree in a stand with water, so you can enjoy the gift of the forest in your home for a longer time.
Together for the well-being of nature and people.
