RETIREMENT SPA EXCURSION |
The guided program includes: 8:45 Visit to the source of healing mineral water. Greeting by a representative of Snovik Thermal Spa, presentation of the eco-story and development of the term and effects of mineral water. Then a 1 km hike to Term Snovik. Welcome aperitif. 10:00 Water exercise and swimming. 3-hour swim in pools with thermal water (32° - 36° C) and free participation in the guided water exercise at 10:00 and Kneipp water remedies at 10:30. 13:00 Tasty lunch at Potočka Restaurant. Soup, main course, mixed salad, dessert or coffee. 14:30 Kneipp tips for healthy living workshop. A 45-minute lecture on the philosophy of Sebastian Kneipp, excellent for maintaining health in old age. Substantively adapted lecture for retirees. Lecturers come from the spa and are certified Kneipp therapists.
