Join a guided water exercise in our thermal pools. Due to the beneficial effect of water on the body, the muscles are completely relaxed in the water.
Exercising in water is suitable for everyone, as it enables safe and effective exercise. The displacement of water during exercise additionally massages the muscles, which contributes to better blood circulation and well-being.

- every day from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 10:30 and from 17:00 to 17:30
- on Sundays from 10:00 to 10:30
After water exercise, refresh yourself with a glass of healing thermal water.
Water exercise is free for apartment guests and day visitors with a swimming ticket.
