In order for you to get answer to your question as quick as possible we have gathered the most frequantly asked questions.

 

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-In: 2.00 PM | Check-Out: 10.00 AM

 

What is the meal that we start and finish with?

By choosing halfboard your stay begins with dinner and ends with a breakfast on your departure day.

By choosing full board you stay begins with dinner and ends with a lunch on your departure day.

 

When are the meals served?

Breakfast: 7.30 - 10.00 AM

Lunch: 12.00 - 3.00  PM

Dinner: 6.30 - 9.00 PM

À la carte: 11.30 AM - 21.00 PM

 

Is there a WI-FI?

Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms, apartments and the pool complex free of charge.

 

What are the opening times of the pool complex?

Indoor pools: daily from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM

Night swimming: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 8.00 PM to 10.00 PM

Outdoor pools: from June till September

 

What are the opening times of the sauna?

Monday - Thursday: from 1.00 PM 

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: from 11.00 AM 

Holidays: from 11.00 AM 

 

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons, swimwear is not permitted in our saunas. You can cover yourself with a towel.

 

Can I rent towels and bathrobes?

You can rent towels for a fee of 3 € per day. You can rent bathrobes for a fee of 7 € per stay. 

 

Is it possible to have my laundry done?

We do have a laundry service avaiable during the summer.

 

Does the resort welcome large groups?

Large groups are most certainly welcome at our resort.  Please contact us for specific questions.

 

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed, we charge an extra 10 € / dog / night.  Please let us know in advance.

 

Can you provide babysitting?

No, we cannot provide babysitting services.

 

How can I pay?

We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Diners. You are also welcome to pay in cash.

 

Information about the camper stop

Parking of the motorhome is free, the price for electricity and water is 15 €. Camper stop visitors have a 10% discount on swimming pool tickets and a 20% discount on wellness. Sanitary facilities (showers and toilets) are available with an entrance fee at the pool complex.
