The water at Terme Snovik is recognized as a natural healing remedy and represents our greatest treasure. It contains calcium and magnesium, along with many other beneficial minerals. It is suitable for bathing and drinking, and has a positive impact on bones, skin, and digestion.

It was told by the village blacksmith Janez decades ago that he discovered warm water and mentioned how his rheumatic stiff hand healed in it and his stomach troubles calmed. The water’s curative properties spread by word of mouth. People traveled to the water with bottles, dishes, and barrels, enjoying its healing and soothing properties, and this has continued to the present day.
The water in Terme Snovik you drink contains sodium hydrogen carbonate (260.0 mg/l), which neutralizes stomach acid. This alleviates heartburn, nausea, and stomach acidity.
Thermal water contains: calcium (53.0 mg/l), magnesium (25.0 mg/l), sodium (3.7 mg/l), potassium (1.6 mg/l), iron (0.01 mg/l), lithium (0.01 mg/l), metasilicic acid (18.3 mg/l), metaboric acid (less than 0.01 mg/l), bicarbonate (260.0 mg/l), chloride (1.7 mg/l), sulfate (18.0 mg/l), fluoride (0.3 mg/l), nitrate (2.2 mg/l), silicate (11.0 mg/l).

In the Snovik Thermal Spa complex we have an animation team that carries out activities according to the program you receive at the reception. Also ask them for ideas for trips and hikes.
Within the Snovik Thermal Spa complex there are three bars – Lobby Bar on the ground floor of NaturHotel Snovik 4* and Bar Potočka (pool complex) and Bar Jurček (outdoor pool; open during the operation of the outdoor pool). You will find a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, hot beverages, homemade pastries, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, and a special offer of hot and cold appetizers.
For all guests, unlimited access to the thermal pools of the main pool area is available (indoor pool operates year-round, outdoor pool operates from mid-June to mid-September), offering over 1000 m2 of swimming surface in total. At the outdoor pool there are also three slides – for some there are age-related usage restrictions. For NaturHotel 4* guests, unlimited access is allowed during pool hours for the hotel pool – entry for guests older than 16 years is limited.
All hotel rooms include personal hygiene towels and swimming towels for pool use. If you want daily replacement of personal hygiene towels, leave them on the floor. As the first sustainable spa in Slovenia, we encourage reusing towels. Please do not take towels for personal hygiene outside the room. If you would like additional pool towels, you can borrow them at the reception.
There is a shoe cleaning device on the ground floor of the hotel, and at the reception you can request a shoe cleaning kit.
For safety, children are not allowed to use the elevators without an accompanying adult. In case of fire, please do not use the elevator. A special call button at the elevator is provided to contact the reception for assistance.
The network voltage is standard, 220 V. The electrical outlet in the bathroom is intended exclusively for use with a shaver and hair dryer. The use of heating appliances is prohibited for safety reasons. To switch on power, your presence in the room is sufficient. When you leave the room, the electricity in the room also turns off. A replaceable plug adapter is available at the reception. The socket works even when you are not in the room.
There is a nature fitness area available, starting before the 4th apartment house in the apartment village.
You can request photocopying at the hotel reception. The service is free up to a limited number of copies.
The hotel is centrally heated during the heating season and air-conditioned in the summer months. You can regulate the temperature in the hotel rooms with the thermostat mounted on the wall in the room. With the thermostat you can raise or lower the temperature by 2 °C. You can also regulate air blowing. The available settings are automatic (A) and I., II., III. and off. With an open window or open balcony doors, air conditioning and heating do not operate.
You received the key card at check-in at the reception. It is used to enter the room. Please return the hotel card to the hotel reception upon departure.
Forgotten items are shipped home only upon your request and for postage cost. We keep them for one year, after which we dispose of them according to regulations. You can obtain information about forgotten items at the reception.
At Term Snovik, for conference activities, seminars, consultations, meetings, and training, there are modernly equipped spaces with work surfaces, modern audio-video technology, and internet access. For organizing a business event, you can choose between the conference halls in the NaturHotel Snovik 4*s Congress Centre and the halls Hrast and Bor in the apartment village.
In every room there is a small refrigerator, also suitable for being filled with mini-bar items. At the reception, ask about product packages that can be used to stock the mini bar for an additional charge.
A self-service breakfast is included in the price of the stay and is prepared for you in the hotel restaurant. If your package includes dinner or you have additionally ordered dinner, it is prepared for you in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant opening times are available at check-in. Check-out meals are possible until 18:00 for the following day.
Information about children's entertainment is available at the hotel reception. The hotel also has two playrooms. The playroom for children up to 6 years is on the ground floor, in front of the hotel restaurant. The playroom for older children is on the mezzanine floor (above floor M) – some play contents may require borrowing equipment at the hotel reception. In the outdoor areas of the Term Snovik complex there are also several outdoor playgrounds available to all guests.
The Term Snovik complex has several free parking areas (multi-level parking deck in front of the hotel, apartment village parking). For an additional fee, parking in the NaturHotel Snovik 4*s hotel garage is possible – a prior reservation for a parking space at the reception is required. Some suites include garage parking in the price of the stay. Long-term parking in front of the hotel entrance is not allowed, as the parking is intended for guests arriving and departing.
The surroundings of Term Snovik offer numerous options for hikers (46 km of hiking trails starting from Term Snovik) and recreational cyclists. We invite you to inquire at the hotel reception about trails and equipment rental (hiking poles and electric bicycles).
All suitably equipped shipments can be sent from the reception to the Pošta Slovenije. If you want to redirect any of your shipments to the hotel reception for receipt, you must inform the reception in advance.
For additional sheets, blankets, pillows, toiletries, shaving kit and toothbrush set, shoe cleaning set, or coats, contact the hotel reception.
Put laundry in the dirty laundry bag in the wardrobe, fill out the form, and submit it at the reception. A price list of services is available at the reception. We also have ironing boards and irons, which you can request at the reception.
If you need transportation, we can arrange a ride to the airport or wherever you wish. The bus and train timetables are available at the hotel reception, and the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.
The luggage storage is at the hotel reception. In case of early arrival, you can store your belongings in the designated area and immediately start enjoying the other facilities. You can also leave your belongings in the luggage room upon departure if you wish to continue enjoying the hotel services.
In case of feeling unwell, injury or accident, immediately call the reception. The reception also stores bandages and basic first aid supplies. For moderately serious injuries, the lifeguard on duty from the pool area can provide care; for serious injuries and problems we contact emergency services on the phone line 112.
The hotel reception is open every day, around the clock. Available at phone number 01 83 44 200 (extension 200). The pool and wellness reception is available daily from 9:00 to 20:00 (on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 22:00) at phone 01 83 44 100 (extension 300).
In NaturHotel Snovik 4*s there are two restaurants – the hotel restaurant where pension breakfast and dinner are served, and the Zarja à la carte restaurant (opening hours are available at the hotel reception). In the main pool complex there is the Potočka restaurant and, at the outdoor pool, the Snovičkova Kuhna refreshment stand.
Hotel guests have unlimited access to the hotel saunas (for guests aged 16 and over). Access to the Sauna World in the main thermal complex is available for a fee according to the standard Sauna World price list.
We recommend storing money and valuable items in the safe located in the room. The hotel is not responsible for valuables kept outside the safe. You may also deposit valuables and money at the hotel reception. Please empty the safe and leave it open before you depart.

For breakfast in the room, please contact the reception – a room breakfast reservation is required. If room breakfast is not available, an additional room breakfast is possible for an extra charge according to the current price list.
The wristband provides access to the pools, fitness, and saunas. It must be handed in at the reception when paying the bill. If damaged or lost, the value will be added to your bill. For cashless use of hotel services (guest services, wellness, health, etc.), provide your room number and full name, and confirm the purchase with your signature on the bill. The service will be automatically recorded on your room/apartment account. You will settle the services at the reception on departure. On the last day of your stay, you have full-day swimming access – for this entry you will receive a second wristband.
IN CASE OF FIRE IN YOUR ROOM:
If it is a small fire, extinguish it with the fire extinguisher located in the corridor and inform the hotel reception.
IN CASE OF A BIGGER FIRE:
If there is smoke in the corridor, stay as close to the doors as possible. If necessary, cover your mouth and nose with a damp cloth or towel and go down on your knees (as low as possible). When descending stairs, hold the railing. Try to breathe as little as possible while pushing through the smoke. Do not panic if there is a power outage and it is dark in the area—the emergency exits are illuminated.
IF YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE ROOM:
If the doors or bolts are too hot:
If smoke appears in your room despite the procedure, cover yourself with a wet blanket. If the smoke becomes very thick, you will need to open a window. If you cannot open it, use a chair or cabinet to break it. If smoke or fire is coming from lower floors, do not open the windows.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you must crawl through a burning window, soak your clothes in water for protection from the fire. Cover your head with a damp blanket or other damp material, try to breathe as little as possible, and make your way to the exit doors. If your clothes are already on fire, cover yourself with a blanket, towel, or other item and roll on the floor until you extinguish the flames. Stay as calm as possible.
When the fire alarm is triggered, evacuation from the hotel is required along lighted routes. The labeling remains illuminated even in case of a power outage.
Instructions are written and drawn on each fire extinguisher, which are located on all hallway corridors of the rooms.
Calls to internal hotel numbers are free. Other calls are charged according to the current price list.
Free WiFi is available in all hotel areas and rooms, with no password required. Ensure you connect to the open WiFi intended for hotel guests.

The last day of your stay you must leave the hotel room by 11:00. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the hotel reception the day before. If you need to store your belongings after check-out, you can arrange this at the reception.
Your stay in the hotel on the day of departure can be extended to 14:00 or to 18:00 for an additional fee at the hotel reception. If a late check-out option is already included in your package, the surcharge is not required — a late check-out reservation at the reception is needed (subject to room availability).
The hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total amount for all booked and unused services in the event of an early departure.
Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 06:00.
Smoking is not allowed in public areas of the hotel or in the hotel rooms or apartments. Violations are penalized according to the current price list.
If you wish, we can charge every order in our bars or restaurants and spa center directly to your room bill. Direct billing is guaranteed by your hotel card, which you must have with you.
If you check into the hotel without a prior reservation, the reception will charge your stay in advance for guarantee.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation and other services to guests whose conduct is not in line with hotel rules, disturbing the peace or dignity of other guests or staff, or endangering their safety or well-being.
You can pay at the reception during your stay or no later than 11:00 on the last day of your stay. For longer stays, the hotel bill is settled every 7 days, with the remaining balance due on departure. You can pay by cash or credit cards (Visa, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard).
Report any faults or deficiencies you notice in your room to the hotel reception immediately.
Persons under 18 years of age cannot stay at the hotel without an adult accompanying them.
Please do not damage or remove hotel property. The guest is responsible for damages caused by themselves or by those they are responsible for and those who visit them. Damages to inventory caused by the guest in the room or elsewhere in the hotel will be charged as compensation. The bill is settled at the reception.
Dog and cat stays are possible at NaturHotel Snovik 4* with prior notice and in designated rooms or apartments, with a specified surcharge for pet accommodation and in accordance with the house rules governing pets. Pets must not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in wellness, saunas, pools, or in restaurants. Pet owners must follow house rules and take responsibility for any damage caused by their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages caused by pets. Pet stays are available free of charge according to the current price list. For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will not clean the room if your pet is present without you. If you are present at check-in, ensure the pet is on a leash or in a cage. Please inform the reception when you would like the housekeeping to clean your room. Please hang an identification hanger on the door so staff are aware of the pet's presence.

Natural pillows are filled with millet filling or buckwheat husks with added lavender flowers and lavender essential oil.
