Sound bath in Arboretum Volčji Potok

You are invited to a sound bath in the pleasant ambience of the Volčji Potok Arboretum (only 15 minutes from our spa)

A sound bath is the term for an experiential workshop during which the visiting individual deeply relaxes his body, reaches a calm and meditative state of his mind and "bathes" in healing sounds and vibrations caused by various instruments tuned to specific harmonic frequencies. Vibration and frequencies travel through space and air, and the body, which is an excellent receiver and conductor of sound and vibration, thus achieves a change of state. Presence thus has a positive effect on the physical and psychological sphere of the human body. The experiential workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to achieve a deep relaxation of body and mind. When the body and mind are sufficiently relaxed and calm, this has the effect of easing and strengthening the connection of all the factors and mechanisms inside the person.
 

The experiential workshop is led by Luka Brinovec, performer of sound baths and forest experiences in Terme Snovik.
The price of the workshop is €15/person, plus the entrance fee to the park. The price of the workshop is paid by the individual in advance to the contractor (Terme Snovik), and the entrance fee is paid at the park ticket office. Season tickets to enter the park are valid. We will gather at the Indonesia Pavilion.
