• Personal identification documents for all guests are mandatory upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Season C: 14–7 days before arrival – 30% of the reservation value; 6–2 days before arrival – 50% of the reservation value; 2–0 days before arrival and no-show – 100% of the reservation value.
• Seasons A and B: 4–1 days before arrival – 30% of the reservation value; 0 days before arrival and no-show – 100% of the reservation value.
