Kneipp Barefoot Experience

Discover the Kneipp experience of the five pillars: food, movement, water, herbs, and a healthy lifestyle! Take a stroll along the barefoot path, enjoy tasting Kneipp snacks and drinks, and learn about the therapeutic effects of herbs. Experience Kneipp therapies, reconnect with nature, and holistically relax your body and mind.

Embark on a barefoot adventure. Barefoot walking is one of the most effective natural therapies for the body. It strengthens foot muscles, promotes circulation, reduces stress, activates acupressure points on the feet, and allows for a connection with nature, contributing to better well-being and health.

The small muscles of the feet will be strengthened on the softness of grass, bark, earth, sand, even water stones; in the passing stream, we will walk with stork-like steps and experience Kneipp affusions. The 3.2 km long barefoot path will awaken your senses; we will guide you through Kneipp's life philosophy of maintaining the balance of body and mind for a healthy, active life. Together, we will discover the beneficial effects of herbs in our own herb garden, practice mindfulness and relaxation, learn key Kneipp treatments for prevention in everyday life, and enjoy a delicious surprise.

So let's take off our shoes and surrender to nature, let it fill us with energy, vitality, and rejuvenation!
