A Unique Experience in the Tuhinj Valley

Experience the moment you take off your shoes and let your feet touch the natural ground – the cool morning grass, the softness of the forest floor, the warmth of the earth. Walking barefoot is not only a delightful escape from everyday life; it is also one of the most natural forms of physical regeneration. During this guided experience, we lead you into the heart of the Tuhinj Valley, where your connection with nature intertwines with the Kneipp philosophy and its five pillars of wellbeing.

Along the path, you will discover how simple natural stimuli influence the body, mind and inner balance. Barefoot walking acts as a natural reflex massage, awakening your senses and strengthening your sense of grounding. Your guide will introduce you to selected Kneipp water therapies, herbal traditions and the importance of movement in nature.

The experience is complemented by a delicious Kneipp snack, a guided relaxation session and a short activation of all five senses, inviting you to observe the world more consciously. If you wish to explore the trail beforehand, a virtual walk is also available.

The experience includes:

• introduction to the Kneipp lifestyle,

• natural reflex massage through barefoot walking,

• selected water therapies,

• a Kneipp snack,

• guided relaxation,

• activation of all five senses.

This is an invitation to pause, breathe and allow nature to reconnect you with your body.

Barefoot Trail – Award-Winning Themed Path

The Barefoot Trail at Terme Snovik received an award in 2018 and continues to delight visitors of all ages – from children to seniors.

Price:

• €15 per person
• €45 per family (2 adults + up to 3 children) Suitable for children aged 6+.

Dates:

Every Thursday in July and August, from 09:00 to 11:00.

July: 2 July, 9 July, 16 July, 23 July, 30 July 2026 August: 6 August, 13 August, 20 August, 27 August 2026

We reserve the right to change dates.

How to register (at least 24 hours before the selected date):

• by purchasing the experience in the online shop — you will receive a gift voucher and then register for your preferred date via email at info@terme-snovik.si or by phone at 01 83 44 100; the voucher is valid for the 2026 season,

• by booking the experience at the Terme Snovik reception at least one day in advance.

Important information:

• Limited availability (3–15 participants).

• Private group bookings possible.

• In case of rain, the experience is cancelled.

• We recommend sportswear and a cheerful spirit.
