Let the forest embrace you with its calm, silence, and natural healing. This unique outdoor workshop is designed for anyone seeking inner calm, stress relief, and deeper self-awareness through sensory exploration, mindfulness, and gentle movement.

This forest-based workshop has proven positive effects on both mental and physical health. It can enhance the immune system, improve memory and focus, support cardiovascular and metabolic health, and help reduce anxiety, depression, and stress levels. It also improves sleep and overall well-being.

• Book in person at the Terme Snovik reception desk at least 1 day in advance.

Suitable for participants aged 16 and above.
Minimum group size: 4 persons. Private group bookings are also available.

The experience is held in all weather conditions (please wear appropriate and waterproof clothing in case of rain). Meeting point: Terme Snovik reception.
